- Price: €18,000, fixed fee
- Scope: one critical domain, 3–5 repositories and up to 20 TLS endpoints
- Deliverables: a sample CycloneDX CBOM, a quantum-risk summary and an executive overview
- Conditions: reference-programme rate, open to the first 5 reference customers only, in exchange for a public reference and a 30-minute case-study interview
- Next step: a full Discovery

## Discovery
- Price: €45,000, fixed fee
- Duration: 60 days
- Scope: up to 50 repositories, 100 TLS endpoints, certificate stores, 1 results workshop; on-prem or air-gapped
- Deliverables: full discovery across code, certificates and TLS; CycloneDX 1.6 CBOM; board-ready PDF executive report; 4-wave migration roadmap; regulatory mapping to DORA, NIS2 and the EU CRA

## Platform
- Price: from €80,000 per year
- Scope: continuous scans (unlimited repositories), CI/CD and API, dashboards, diff alerting, support SLA
- Includes: everything in Discovery, per-repository continuous monitoring, quarterly CBOM refresh, diff alerting on new cryptography, audit trail to support regulatory evidence, FastAPI service for CI/CD and SOAR integration
- Contract options: source-code escrow, right-to-audit and a reversibility clause

## Migration advisory
- Price: scoped to your estate and billed separately
