Data controller
KOR IT (publisher of CRYPTAGION) is the data controller. Contact: contact@cryptagion.io.
What we collect, and why
- Contact & booking data (name, email, message, meeting details) when you email us or book a call — to respond and prepare the discovery call.
- Email engagement (delivery, opens, replies) when we correspond, to manage legitimate B2B communication.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not run advertising trackers. Your source code is never collected: product discovery runs inside your own environment.
Legal basis (GDPR)
Processing relies on your consent (when you contact us / book a call) and our legitimate interest in B2B business communication.
Processors
- Calendly — meeting scheduling.
- Brevo (Sendinblue) — transactional email (EU).
- ImprovMX — inbound email forwarding.
- Vercel — website hosting.
Retention
We keep contact data only as long as needed for the exchange and applicable legal obligations, then delete it.
Your rights
You may access, rectify, erase, restrict or port your data, and object to its processing, by emailing contact@cryptagion.io. You may also lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority (CNIL, cnil.fr).
